Stations are special places. People come and go, daily and occasionally. Meanwhile, the world and the expectations people have of their surroundings are changing. Stations, and more specifically, the interactions people have at stations, need to move with those changes. NS asked us to develop a vision for the use of and interaction with physical resources at stations, such as ticket machines, check-in gates and service pillars.
I had the opportunity to be a researcher and UX Designer on this project.
